Scarce small studio pottery bowl expertly handcrafted in the 1950s by master potter Frank Mann in his Vermont studio.
Timeless Scandinavian Modern style. Collectible yellow, black and green Mid Century teardrop pattern. Beautiful light "watercolor" grey interior. Thick creamy white ceramic body. Gorgeous round organic shape.
Mann was famous for his use of clean lines and bold stripes, painted over a heavy white stoneware body. His work is bold and beautiful; sleek to the eye, and touch.
Add candy or nuts to this incredible bowl for the perfect hostess gift! Also makes a great gift for the Mid Century ceramics collector!
Almost 6" d x 1.5" h
Excellent Vintage/Used Condition with some minimal age-related wear to the bowl. Beautiful irregular shape is due to the organic, handmade nature of the pottery
